Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM

Summary

Responsible for Supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) and issuing purchase orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Address ERP error messages promptly, ordering and expediting materials as required to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain procurement data in the ERP system.
• Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and facilitate decisions on ocean or air shipments to ensure timely product delivery.
• Develop adequate contingencies with suppliers when necessary.
• Collaborate with suppliers to meet OTD progress objectives within the related timeframe.
• Monitor progress and utilize planning concepts.

Education and/or Experience

Requires 2 years of experience in procurement and/or planning in a manufacturing environment. Experience with material planning concepts is essential. Must possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle ERP system preferred.
