Mathnasium of Gilbert East is looking for an exceptional Math Instructor to create an engaging and productive learning experience for students.
All applicants are required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check. Following hiring, the new team member is required to complete training in the Mathnasium Method™. This is a part-time role with flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized math instruction using the Mathnasium Method™
- Help students build confidence and improve math skills
- Track progress and support student learning goals
- Collaborate with center staff and communicate as needed
Qualifications
- Strong math skills (through Algebra; higher levels a plus)
- Patient, engaging, and dependable
- Tutoring or teaching experience preferred (training provided)
- Ability to work with students of different ages and skill levels

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center.
