Instructional Oversight

☐ Ensure quality of instruction and learning plans☐ Monitor student progress and results☐ Support instructors with training and guidance☐ Maintain Mathnasium teaching standards

Team Management

☐ Hire and onboard instructional staff☐ Train, coach, and develop team members☐ Create and manage staff schedules☐ Conduct performance check-ins
