Job Role : Maximo Business AnalystDuration: 6-12 Months Location: Waltham, MA Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and requirements.
- Map business needs to Maximo functionalities for optimal fitment.
- Explain Maximo capabilities and best practices to business users.
- Write detailed user stories and functional specification documents.
- Collaborate with the Maximo Solution Architect to refine user stories for solutioning and development.
- Prepare UAT test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business teams.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Assist business in defining a Maximo roadmap for future enhancements and upgrades.
- Provide guidance on leveraging Maximo for process optimization and compliance.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IBM Maximo implementations or upgrades.
- Strong understanding of Gas Utilities domain processes (asset management, work management, regulatory compliance).
- Knowledge of Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and its key functionalities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Experience in UAT planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
