What You’ll Do

Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs
Explain vehicle features, options, and benefits
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
Present pricing, financing, and lease options
Respond to phone and internet leads using CRM software
Maintain consistent customer follow-up
Prospect for new sales opportunities
Maintain strong product knowledge of Volkswagen vehicles and technology
Participate in ongoing training and development
Support dealership goals and customer satisfaction standards
Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Professional appearance and work ethic
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working retail hours, including Saturdays
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to pass a drug screening
Proficiency with computers and basic office software
Sales experience preferred but not required
