Job Description
SRC, Inc. is currently seeking a Model Based System Engineer (MBSE). The selected candidate will support NASIC development of simulatable data models using MBSE software tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw and System Modeling Language (SysML) 2.0.
What You'll Do
- Develop and enhance baseline threat models
- Document the development process
- Coordinate with intelligence analysts and modeling and simulation professionals
- Verify and validate model functionality and performance
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or related field with 8 or more years of experience
- An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required

- Strong Systems Engineering foundation

- SysML 2.0
- Familiarity with AI/ML models to process and analyze large datasets
- Previous IC or DoD program/project work experience

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Dayton, OH is estimated at $113,000 to $150,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
