What You'll Do: 

• Coordinate and oversee the full collaborative, interdisciplinary assessment and care planning process in our skilled nursing facility
• Transmit MDS assessments, correct rejected assessments, and adhere to the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and resident assessment instrument (RAI) requirements
• Ensure all residents are assessed according to established timeframes or changes in status and in compliance with federal, state, and Medicare regulations

What You'll Need:  

• Active Nebraska RN or LPN License (unencumbered) 
• 2 years of skilled nurse experience (required) 
• Strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
