Position: MDS Coordinator

Pay Range: $36.00 - $52.00/HR DOE

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and timely completion of resident assessments in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA and other payor program requirements
- Ensure assessments accurately reflect the physical, mental, and psychosocial status of each resident
- Ensure accuracy of RAI to reflect optimal reimbursement for services provided
- Ensure appropriate documentation to report and support services provided and assessment accuracy
Requirements:
- Current LPN or RN state licensure without any enforcement action against it
- Previous MDS 3.0 experience required
- Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English

As required by state and local law, North Auburn Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that North Auburn Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
