El Mecánico Diésel Agrícola es responsable del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la flota de maquinaria pesada. Su objetivo es garantizar que tractores, cosechadoras y sistemas de riego funcionen sin interrupciones, especialmente durante las ventanas críticas de siembra y cosecha.Responsabilidades:Diagnóstico y Reparación: Identificar fallas en motores diésel, sistemas de transmisión, diferenciales y sistemas de frenos de maquinaria pesada (John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, etc.).Sistemas Hidráulicos: Reparar bombas, mangueras, cilindros y válvulas hidráulicas, que son el corazón de los implementos agrícolas.Electricidad y Electrónica: Diagnosticar sensores, módulos de control y sistemas de GPS/Autoguiado integrados en los tractores modernos.Mantenimiento Preventivo: Realizar cambios de aceite, filtros y lubricación general programada para evitar paros no planificados en el campo.Requisitos Técnicos
- Educación: Técnico en Mecánica Diésel, Mecatrónica Agrícola o experiencia comprobable equivalente.*
- Conocimientos: Manejo de herramientas de diagnóstico por computadora (scanners) y lectura de manuales técnicos/diagramas eléctricos.*
- Experiencia: Mínimo 2-3 años trabajando con maquinaria agrícola de gran potencia.*
- Licencia: Licencia de conducir vigente (necesaria para mover camionetas de servicio o maquinaria).
