Job Title: Mechanic

Location: Williston, ND 58801

Employment Type: Contract

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in the industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring on-time delivery of equipment, improving maintenance efficiency, and enhancing people productivity.

Responsibilities

Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and comply with the reliability-centered maintenance strategy.
Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to record materials and supplies, labor costs, and equipment maintenance performance history.
Participate in the continuous improvement culture, initiatives, and improvement plans within the Maintenance Base (MB) to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery (CoSD).
Support continuous improvement efforts to improve the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of diesel mechanic experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Basic computer skills required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

Oilfield experience preferred.
Technical school training or certification preferred.
Personal tools are a plus and should be provided by the candidate.

15 days on / 6 days off rotation with 12-hour shifts and overtime opportunities available. For non-local candidates, housing and flights will be provided during the rotation period. All required PPE will be provided.
