What You’ll Do

• Assemble mechanical units using drawings and work instructions

• Use basic hand tools and torque tools to complete assembly tasks

• Follow written instructions, production steps, and safety procedures

• Check completed assemblies for accuracy, fit, and completeness

• Report missing parts, damaged materials, or assembly issues

• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

• Work with limited supervision while meeting daily production expectations

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required

• Mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred

• Experience using basic hand tools and torque tools

• Able to read and follow drawings, work instructions, and safety procedures

• Able to lift up to 35 lbs

• Basic English communication skills for work instructions, safety, and job duties

• Able to work with limited supervision

• Dependable and accountable work habits

• Able to work occasional Saturdays when needed
