Job Description
We are seeking a Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer to join a Henderson, NV Modular-Building manufacturer. This role is ideal for engineers who want faster project cycles and hands‑on involvement in modular building design. You will be responsible for developing complete mechanical and plumbing systems that move from Revit models to fabrication and installation significantly faster than traditional construction.
In this position, your engineering decisions directly influence production efficiency, building performance, and overall project delivery. You will collaborate closely with designers, fabricators, and installation teams to ensure coordinated, build‑ready systems inside modular units.

Requirements
Responsibilities
- Design HVAC/VRF, potable water, sewer, drainage, and related systems
- Produce coordinated construction documents using Autodesk Revit
- Integrate mechanical and plumbing systems within modular building layouts
- Support fabrication and installation teams with technical guidance
- Participate in design reviews and quality checks
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve system efficiency
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of mechanical/plumbing building‑systems design experience
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Experience with commercial, multifamily, or modular/prefab projects
- Mechanical or Plumbing PE license (or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to relocate to the Las Vegas/Henderson area
