Job Description

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Mechanical Monitor to help them provide diligent observation and construction monitoring services, as well as cost-savings mechanical solutions for their clients in Oahu.

Your Day Includes

Observing construction activities and verifying compliance with contract documents, plans, and specifications
Identifying installation defects and producing daily reports and records of construction activities
Design and planning of HVAC, piping/plumbing, solar thermal, and alternative energy systems
Oversee project execution and management

Must Haves

1-3 years of inspection or construction experience for Construction Monitor role; Approximately 10 years of technical experience working with complex mechanical projects.
Experience in multi-family residential, institutional and commercial construction projects with familiarity in roofing, waterproofing, stucco, siding, windows, sealants, and other building envelope areas for Construction Monitor role
