Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to oversee and deliver commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role partners closely with field teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple mechanical construction projects from start to finishCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsReview contracts, drawings, and project scope prior to launchDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecastsLead RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationMonitor job progress, resolve issues, and drive project milestonesOversee subcontractor performance, compliance, and site coordinationEnsure quality control standards and safety protocols are metSupport project closeouts including O&M manuals, as-builts, and final deliverablesMaintain strong client relationships and support repeat business

Technical & Field Involvement

Review drawings for constructability and coordination with mechanical/plumbing systemsConduct site visits and support field teams with technical guidanceAssist with permitting, procurement, and material coordination

Qualifications

8–10+ years of construction project management experienceStrong background in mechanical/HVAC/plumbing projectsExperience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractorsKnowledge of local codes, construction documents, and project lifecyclesProficient in Microsoft Office (experience with project management tools a plus)Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
