Job Description

As a Senior Product Innovation Engineer based in Butte, Montana, you will oversee vital projects from start to finish, transforming innovative ideas into cutting-edge solutions. Your role demands the development of precise requirements to address product and process challenges, support the creation of new innovations, and conduct thorough technical evaluations. You will be responsible for crafting mechanical designs that cater to a diverse array of prototype and novel commercial products in an advanced development setting, ensuring superior quality tailored to industrial manufacturing standards. Exhibiting strong leadership in technical environments, you will have an edge if you have experience in designing for mass production.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution, over six years of mechanical design experience, proficiency in SolidWorks or comparable platforms, and expertise in Finite Element Analysis. ANSYS experience is a must, along with U.S. citizenship due to the project's nature.
