Job Description

Mechanical Design Engineer Perform engineering valve design functions for the development of new products and for the modification of existing products.
  • Design and develop prototype models and methods to validate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with team members to validate designs and make recommended change
  • Work closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, production, vendors, and contractors to support product design projects, with feedback from Engineering Managers
QUALIFICATIONS· Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering degree.· 3-5+ years of engineering experience.Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with an understanding of analytical tools such as ANSYS, MATLAB, and/or MathcadExperience with using geometric tolerance techniques and drafting to ensure proper alignment and stackups (ANSI Y14.5M-1994 is a plus)Experience with designing fluid handling devices (valves, pumps) is a plusAll candidates must meet the US persons criteria.Please note: The salary range is based on our market pay structure.
