Job Description

Mechanical Engineer (Manufacturing / 3D CAD Focus)

Location: Denton, TXSalary: $85,000–$100,000

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong 3D CAD modeling skills to support the design and development of mechanical/electromechanical systems for commercial equipment. This role will work closely with manufacturing and act as an on-site subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop mechanical systems using 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
Create drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
Support manufacturing, testing, and product improvements
Analyze designs and ensure compliance with engineering standards
Provide technical support for installations and field issues

Requirements:

3–5 years of mechanical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong 3D CAD experience (SolidWorks, Inventor, or Creo)
Experience with product design, sheet metal, or electromechanical systems
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
HVAC experience is a plus but not required.
