Job Description
Title: Electrical/ Mechanical Assembler
Location: Hartland, WI
Hire Type: 3+ Month Contract
Shift: 1st Shift
Compensation: $23-$25/hr.

Must have Skill Set: Mechanical Assembly, Electrical Wiring, Print Reading, Light Fabrication.
This role involves the assembly, wiring, and integration of complex capital equipment including industrial ovens, washers, and material handling systems. The ideal candidate is a versatile technical professional capable of transitioning between mechanical assembly, electrical control wiring, and light fabrication while maintaining a high standard of safety and precision in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
- Read and interpret complex mechanical and electrical engineering prints to guide assembly and installation.
- Execute industrial wiring tasks, connecting control panels to various components throughout the equipment.
- Install, align, and calibrate sensors to ensure proper equipment functionality.
- Perform heavy-duty assembly on large-scale subassemblies, including industrial fans, burners, pumps, and conveyors.
- Rework or repair products in accordance with engineering specification changes or quality audits.
- Perform light fabrication tasks such as drilling, machining, and forming of structural components.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to read and comprehend technical engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
- Hands-on experience with industrial power and control wiring (panel experience highly preferred).
- Proficiency in working with various materials including structural angle, channel, tubing, and CPVC pipe.
- Experience with pneumatics and industrial piping systems (gas and steam).
- Ability to use fabrication tools for drilling, machining, and forming mild and stainless steel.
- Willingness to travel at least 25% for field service and assembly at customer locations.
- Technical degree or vocational certification is considered a plus, but not required.
