Job Description

Mechanical Engineer (PE) - HVAC Design (Detroit)

We're hiring a licensed Mechanical Engineer with an HVAC design background to join a growing MEP team in the Detroit area. You'll design HVAC systems for commercial and institutional projects from concept through construction documents.

What you'll do

Design HVAC systems including load calculations, equipment selection, and duct/piping layouts
Produce construction documents in Revit
Coordinate with architects, electrical and plumbing engineers, and clients
Support construction administration and respond to RFIs

What you'll need

Professional Engineer (PE) license
Background in HVAC design
Proficiency in Revit

Compensation: $90,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
