Mechanical Engineer (HVAC / Plumbing / Fire Protection) | Competitive Compensation ($100K–$140K+ DOE) | Full Benefits

Are you a Mechanical Engineer looking to take the next step in your career with a firm that values technical excellence, professional growth, and challenging engineering projects?

We're partnering with established engineering firms seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers to contribute to the design and delivery of complex commercial, industrial, institutional, and mission-critical facilities.

What You May Work On

  • HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system design

  • Data centers, manufacturing facilities, healthcare, higher education, industrial, commercial, and other technically demanding projects

  • Engineering calculations, equipment selection, system layouts, and construction documents

  • Coordination with architects, engineers, owners, and multidisciplinary project teams

  • Construction administration, client meetings, and project support from design through completion

What We're Looking For

  • 5–15+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience

  • Experience designing HVAC, plumbing, and/or fire protection systems

  • EIT or PE license preferred (or the ability to obtain licensure)

  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, or other relevant design software

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with clients and internal teams
