Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to step into a Project Management role overseeing HVAC installation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and field teams.

● Key Responsibilities:

Provide weekly project updates to customers
Coordinate permits with local municipalities
Manage vendors including cranes, rental equipment, and subcontractors
Travel to job sites (~2 days/week) to supervise crews and ensure progress
Track schedules, budgets, and project milestones

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field● Strong communication and organizational skills● Willingness to travel on a consistent but limited basis● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
