We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking individual to play a strategic role in our company's growth and development. If you are based in PA, NJ, MD, or DE, or are willing to relocate nearby, this opportunity could be perfect for you. We are looking for a candidate with experience in a consulting engineering environment, working on commercial, R&D, and manufacturing facilities, whether for new construction or renovations. While experience in these industries is highly preferred, it is not an absolute requirement.Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to define and confirm project scopes of work
• Perform field surveys and engineering calculations
• Analyze and apply applicable codes
• Develop conceptual design and detailed design documents
• Develop construction drawings and specifications and provide construction support services
• Project management
• Leadership
• Coordinate design resources and activities

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess strong analytical and communication skills and be able to perform well in a design environment. We offer a team approach and the opportunity to work on a variety of project types and sizes.
• Experience with Revit and Autocad
