Mechanical Engineer up to $120,000 yearly salaryJoin SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued!Key Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline required.
- Strong self-motivation, sense of urgency, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent engineering fundamentals, including Materials Science and Statics.
- Strong mathematical aptitude with proven ability to apply higher-level engineering calculations.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret technical specifications, customer requirements, and engineering standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Demonstrated initiative in personal and professional development, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of the design and fabrication of shell-and-tube heat exchangers, pressure vessels, or other custom-engineered equipment.
- Familiarity with ASME Code requirements, particularly Section VIII and Section IX.
- Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Fabrication experience or knowledge is preferred.
