What You'll Do

Design integrated HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems from concept through construction.
Perform load calcs, energy modeling, and equipment selections; create clear, code-compliant drawings.
Collaborate with architects and owners to turn constraints into elegant solutions.
Visit sites, solve field issues, and watch your ideas become reality.
Grow into client-facing leadership and eventually, an ownership seat.

What You Bring

BSME, BSEE, or related (Master's a plus).
3-7 years of building-systems design; EIT required, PE or eligibility preferred.
Fluency in Revit / AutoCAD and load or energy software.
Curiosity, crisp communication, and the drive to own outcomes- not just tasks.
