Requirements

Salary between $74,880k to $79,040k depending on experience. Overtime opportunities when available.
Paid Holidays, PTO accruals at 30 days. and overtime opportunities when available.
Have minimum 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Mechanical Foreman and a strong understanding of Industrial Mechanical Systems.
Be able to layout and run crews on various tasks of the project.
Have good communication skills.
Be able to mentor Journeymen, and Apprentices
Be able to read schematics and blueprints and assist with planning of work, and material ordering.
Ability to work on tools when needed.
Have working knowledge of Procore
