Mechanical Foreman

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field crews on construction projects involving piping, structural steel, and mechanical scopes
- Plan and execute daily work activities in alignment with project schedules and safety requirements
- Read, interpret, and layout work from construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to maintain productivity and quality standards
- Enforce all company and client safety policies, setting the example for safe work practices
- Communicate effectively with project management, field supervision, and crew members
- Maintain quality control and ensure work is completed to project specifications
- Support mobilization, demobilization, and site coordination efforts
- Assist other Tricon branches or project sites when required
What We Are Looking For
- 4-6 years of construction-related experience with piping, structural steel, and mechanical installation
- Proven experience leading crews on construction jobsites
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and jobsite logistics
- Ability to read drawings and perform accurate jobsite layouts
- Dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
- High attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
- Ability to communicate clearly and lead by example
- Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as project schedules require
- Willingness to travel for extended periods and support construction projects at various locations
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
- Valid driver's license with a clean 5-year driving record
- Class A or B CDL is preferred but not required
Hourly Rate: $28.00-33.00 Per Hour DOE.
