With a focus on precision and expertise, we pride ourselves on our ability to tackle complex projects and exceed our clients' expectations.Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Mechanical Millwrights to install conveyor systems within a distribution center environment. This position is responsible for assembling, installing, aligning, and securing mechanical conveyor components while working safely and efficiently to meet project schedules.Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install conveyor systems, including roller, belt, and chain conveyors.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and installation layouts.
• Install conveyor supports, frames, guards, motors, gearboxes, bearings, pulleys, and related mechanical components.
• Perform equipment alignment and ensure proper fit and function.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Assist with equipment startup, testing, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all site-specific safety requirements, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies.
• Work effectively with supervisors, electricians, welders, and other trades to complete installations on schedule.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Millwright, Conveyor Installer, or Industrial Mechanic.
• Experience installing conveyor systems in distribution centers, warehouses, or manufacturing facilities preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of mechanical assembly, equipment alignment, and conveyor components.
• Proficient with common hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Aerial Lift Certification
• Scissor Lift Certification
• Forklift Certification (preferred)
• Battery drill, impact and small hand tools
