We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical/Plumbing Superintendent to join our dynamic construction team. This is an unparalleled opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their expertise in mechanical construction, HVAC, heating, cooling, boiler, plumbing construction, MEP, and construction superintendent duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical and plumbing aspects of our construction projects, from planning to implementation and maintenance. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a strong knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all mechanical and plumbing aspects of construction projects.
- Develop and implement project work plans and make revisions as necessary.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of all mechanical/plumbing subcontractors, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and to the highest standard.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects on project planning, development, and execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and plumbing problems to prevent project delays.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all mechanical and plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mechanical/Plumbing Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical construction, HVAC, heating, cooling, boiler, plumbing construction, MEP, and superintendent duties.
- Proven experience overseeing and managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in construction project management software.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or related fields would be an advantage.
