This role coordinates customers, internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors while overseeing schedule, cost, quality, and documentation.Key Responsibilities

• * Plan and execute multiple mechanical projects simultaneously
• * Manage project budgets, schedules, billings, and change orders
• * Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, fabrication, equipment, and materials
• * Serve as primary contact for assigned customers
• * Provide technical and operational support to field and shop teams
• * Manage project documentation, closeout, punch lists, and warranties
• * Support safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• * Strong communication, organization, and customer management skills
• * Experience managing construction or mechanical projects
• * Ability to read construction drawings and project documents
• * Comfortable working with budgets, schedules, and cost tracking
• * Proficient with standard business software
• * Ability to travel to job sites as needed
