Job Description
Job Title: Mechanical QALocation: Arlington, VA (Onsite)Duration: 6 Months ContractPay range: $50-$62.50 per hour on W2Job Description:
- Seeking a Mechanical QA professional to support construction and commissioning activities primarily on night shift for one of our largest clients in the DC Metro area.
- This role will focus on ensuring mechanical systems are installed, tested, and documented in compliance with project specifications, codes, and contract requirements.
- Reviewing submittals and drawings for compliance with project requirements
- Supporting commissioning activities including pre-functional checklists (PFCs) and functional performance testing (FPTs)
- Validating system performance across HVAC and plumbing systems, including chilled water and boiler systems
- Coordinating documentation and verification of mechanical system installation and testing
- Supporting turnover and closeout documentation during commissioning phases
- This is a 100% hands-off role with no manual labor involved.
