Compensation: $80,000–$100,000+ Base Salary (DOE)Bonus: 10% Annual Bonus + Performance-Based Project Bonuses

We're seeking an experienced Mechanical Service Project Manager to join a well-established and growing mechanical contractor serving the Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul market. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys managing service projects, building strong client relationships, and driving profitable project outcomes.

In addition to a competitive base salary, you'll participate in a 10% annual bonus program, with the opportunity to earn an additional $25,000–$175,000+ annually through performance-based project bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical service projects from award through closeout.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.

• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, subcontractors, and materials.

• Monitor project costs, budgets, profitability, and billing.

• Prepare estimates, proposals, change orders, and project documentation.

• Work closely with field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Identify opportunities for additional service work and maintain long-term customer partnerships.

• Communicate project status with customers, vendors, and internal leadership.

• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Mechanical Service Project Management experience preferred.

• Experience with commercial HVAC and/or mechanical service projects.

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, estimating, scheduling, and project financials.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

• Valid driver's license.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000+ (based on experience)
