This position is located in University Park, IL and will be 100% on-site, with hybrid flexibility down the line!In this role you will be responsible for the following:

• * Oversight of the programing and automation projects for the company’s welding technology team!
• * The overall production of needed programs to meet equipment design performance requirements (schedules, scope, delivery, and support)
• * Determining overall requirements for technical content and systems
• * Continual improvement of products including cost optimization
• * The financial performance of designated projects and ensuring they are within budget
• * Establishing and managing KPIs
• * Organizing training(s) needed for skills development

• Bachelor of Science Degree (preferred)
• 5 + years of Industrial Automation Experience
• 5 + years of UI Design experience
• Extensive knowledge of LabVIEW and LabVIEW Architectural Designs
• Previous experience working with Agile Software Development
