Now Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist + Social Media Assistant
Location: Plano, Texas.
Position: Part-time.
Are you friendly, organized, and great with people? Do you love social media and know how to create content that catches attention and builds engagement? If so, we’d love to meet you!
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Warm, energetic, and professional with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable greeting and assisting patients/clients in person and over the phone.
- Skilled with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok preferred).
- Creative with an eye for photos, videos, and storytelling.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to help others.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and checking in clients/patients.
- Answering phones, scheduling, and administrative support.
- Creating and posting engaging social media content.
- Supporting marketing efforts and contributing fresh ideas.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming front desk environment.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in a medical, dental, or service-based office.
- Canva or other basic design skills.
- Customer service or hospitality background.
