What does a Med Tech do?

What you need to be successful
To excel as a PRN Medical Technician at Christian Care Centers- Allen, candidates must hold current certification or licensure as a Medical Technician or Clinical Laboratory Technician. Previous experience in clinical, long-term care, or laboratory settings is preferred to ensure familiarity with best practices. A keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential for maintaining accuracy in diagnostic procedures. Flexibility is key, as the role requires adaptability based on facility needs.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

- Ability to work flexible hours based on facility needs (PRN).
