This position is responsible for carrying out the daily duties of providing personal care tasks in accordance with the resident's individualized service plans. Caregivers are also responsible for observing, reporting, and documenting to proper departments. Caregivers are responsible for maintaining required company, state, and federal compliance as well as safety compliance. Caregivers are also expected to work effectively with other team members as well as alone. Must be able to work weekends..
