Job Description
The Media Assistant and Testing Coordinator provides support functions in the Library and serves as the school's testing coordinator. This is a 10-month position.
Primary Responsibilities
- Processes and inventories information resources.
- Assists with maintaining the school's resource collection (filing and shelving resources), performs circulation duties for materials in the library, and oversees all library equipment.
- Assists students and staff with the location of information resources both in print and electronic.
- Monitors student use of the library during the school day.
- Organizes the school-wide testing schedules; develops a site-specific test administration plan for each assessment event to include: identifying test administrators and proctors, test locations, and testing groups for regular administration and special accommodations.
- Trains test administrators and proctors on ethical testing, test security, test administration, accommodations, and data reporting procedures.
