Media Dining Attendant- Fenway Park

Job Description

The Media Dining Attendant will attend to our Red Sox and Media Dining Room during Red Sox Games, Concerts and Special Events.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $21.23 to $21.23. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs
• Clean the dining room during service including bussing tables and wiping counter tops
• Replenish coolers, condiments, ice cream toppings, coffee machine, etc throughout service
• Serve hot entrees from buffet line
• Scan in visitors and charge credit cards where applicable
• Restock plates, cutlery, napkins etc. throughout the shift
• Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned for unit based on operating hours
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment during service and at the end of shift.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a food and beverage facility preferred
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
• Complete Food Handler and Alcohol Service trainings as required by location

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
