We are seeking a driven Media Executive to lead sales efforts for our broadcast and digital product offerings. This is an ideal role for an entrepreneurial-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and takes ownership of their success. This role requires a self-starter mentality; taking initiative to come up with solutions is key. This person should have a strong work ethic and a commitment to hitting targets. This person will own their outcomes and results. This person should be comfortable with maintaining performance metrics and goals, and have the ability and resiliency to respond to constructive feedback during regular progress reviews. Ideal candidates should understand that sales is a performance-based role with clear expectations and benchmarks. Success in this position means consistently meeting sales targets, building a healthy pipeline, managing client relationships professionally, and demonstrating the initiative to solve problems without waiting for direction.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for broadcast and digital media products
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects
• Meet and exceed revenue targets and sales metrics
• Identify new market opportunities and business development initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client solutions
• Maintain detailed pipeline management and sales forecasting

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Degree in Mass Communications, Video Editing, or a similar degree of study and/or practical experience
• Experience with non-linear editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as project management software (such as Trello)
• Ability to Multitask
• Ability to work well with a variety of people and formats
