We are seeking a QA Engineer with strong Medicaid domain expertise to join our VIMO team. This role requires a deep understanding of Medicaid systems along with strong analytical and technical capabilities to ensure high-quality delivery in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual and automated test cases for Medicaid system workflows
- Validate backend data using SQL queries and ensure data integrity
- Test APIs and backend services using tools such as Postman
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, and verify fixes
- Perform end-to-end testing aligned with Medicaid business and regulatory requirements
- Analyze systems deeply to identify gaps, risks, and compliance issues
- Review business requirements and ensure coverage for Medicaid-specific scenarios
- Perform testing in production-like environments to validate release readiness
- Use UNIX/Linux commands to debug and analyze system logs
- Contribute to automation and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders
