System One is partnering with a well-established specialty clinic in Tulsa that is looking to quickly add talented medical administrative professionals to their team. If you have experience in a medical office and enjoy supporting patients and providers in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we want to hear from you!

We are currently hiring for multiple roles including:

• Medical Schedulers

• Medical Billers

• Insurance Authorization Specialists

These are temp-to-hire opportunities with the potential to transition into a long-term role with a respected healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities May Include

• Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating provider calendars

• Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits

• Obtaining prior authorizations and referrals

• Processing medical billing and claims

• Following up on insurance payments and denials

• Communicating with patients, providers, and insurance companies

• Maintaining accurate patient and billing records in EMR systems

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred

• Experience with scheduling, medical billing, or insurance authorizations

• Knowledge of insurance processes and patient coordination

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
