Medical Assistant – Temp to perm 

Location: Seattle, WA 98107Schedule: 4 days/week | Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PMDress Code: Scrubs (any solid color); scrub jackets acceptable

About the Role

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our Care Services, Clinical team. This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care through in-person, phone, and electronic interactions.
• Collect and document patient information, including vital signs, chief complaints, medication reviews, allergies, and health risk screenings.
• Assist physicians and nurses with procedures such as injections and EKGs.
• Coordinate patient care per clinician direction and company standards.
• Maintain accurate EMR and paper documentation for all assessments and procedures.
• Prepare and clean patient rooms, set up instruments, and ensure infection control protocols are followed.
• Support administrative tasks, phone calls, and message documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous healthcare experience as a Medical Assistant (primary care preferred).
• Certification: Medical Assisting Registration or Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited program.
