Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:  Under general supervision performs a dual role as both a medical assistant and front office assistant with the primary focus as a medical assistant.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING• 1.* Medical Assistant Certification preferred.• 2.* BLS/CPR required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.• 3.* Must have prior experience with obtaining patient vitals, various waived lab testing, performing EKGs, injections, phlebotomy, updating and maintaining healthcare records, patient transport and wheelchair safety.
