THIS IS AN MA/PSR ROLE. FRONT AND BACK OFFICE EXP REQ. Experience with high-end sales or high-profile clientele strongly preferred JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Experience: 3 years of outpatient clinic experience

  • MEDICAL ASSISTANT DIPLOMA FROM A DAPIP-ACCREDITED PROGRAM - Certs: BLS ( AHA or ARC only)
  • Flu vaccination (no exemptions/no declinations) - Education: HS/GED - Special Requirements: * CURRENT Experience with check in/out/registration * HMO/PPO insurance
  • High volume call handling
  • Room turnover
  • Venipuncture expertise
  • Epic JOB DETAILS: - Weekend REQ: No
  • Floating REQ: Yes
  • NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED. JOB DUTIES/ADDITIONAL UNIT INFO/CASELOAD: Will chaperone high-profile patients through all aspects of medical care from enrollment, check-in, payment, imaging, provider visit, etc.
