Job Description
Pediatric Medical Assistant
? Tulsa, OK? $17.00–$22.00/hour (Based on Experience)? Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
HireCall is seeking an experienced Pediatric Medical Assistant to join a busy, well-established pediatric clinic in Tulsa, OK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and families while being part of a mature, supportive healthcare team.
Pay & Schedule
- $17.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- No weekends
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and providers with patient care
- Administer immunizations, primarily to infants and young children
- Obtain vital signs and patient histories
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain accurate patient documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and families
- Perform additional clinical and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric medical assistant experience required
- 3+ years of pediatric experience preferred.
- Candidates with 3+ years of family medicine medical assistant experience will also be considered.
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and a strong team player
