Job DetailsSchedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Occasional Saturdays available, but not required

Job Duties

• Room patients and prepare them for providers
• Obtain and document vitals, medical history, and patient information
• Assist providers with clinical procedures and patient flow
• Prepare and clean exam rooms between patients
• Coordinate with front office and clinical staff to maintain workflow
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system
• Provide professional and compassionate patient care
• Assist with additional clinical support duties as needed

Requirements

• Prior hands-on healthcare or clinical experience required
• Medical Assistant certification preferred
• Open to candidates with experience as a Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Nursing Assistant, or similar clinical support role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and adapt throughout the day
