Job Description:
SCOPE: To assist the Palliative Care team in providing compassionate, comprehensive care to patients with serious illnesses. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, supporting patient and family education, triaging calls, assisting with clinical tasks, and maintaining smooth communication between patients, providers, and other healthcare entities. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure high-quality support for patients and their families.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Familiarity with palliative care, hospice, or oncology is a plus.
- CMA (certified medical assistant) required, CPR certification required
