NuLife Institute – Front Desk / Administrative Concierge + Medical Assistant (Hybrid Role)

Location: Miami - DowntownPosition Type: Full-Time and Part Time

Compensation: Competitive base + performance incentives tied to patient experience, operational precision, and clinical support

Role Overview (Read This Twice)

This is not a front desk role. This is a dual-impact position responsible for:

  1. Controlling the entire front-of-house patient experience
  2. Executing clinical support tasks at a high level

You are the bridge between luxury hospitality and medical precision.

If you can’t operate in both environments seamlessly—this will break you.

Core Responsibilities

1. Patient Experience & Front Desk Control

  • Greet every patient by name immediately—no exceptions
  • Maintain a calm, polished, high-end environment at all times
  • Manage check-in/check-out with zero friction or confusion
  • Control patient flow, delays, and communication proactively

2. Administrative & Operational Execution

  • Enter and manage patient data in EHR/CRM systems with accuracy
  • Handle inbound/outbound communication with clarity and authority
  • Create and manage lab requisitions and documentation
  • Maintain a flawless front-of-house presentation (cleanliness, organization, readiness)
  • Support inventory tracking and ordering with Office Manager

3. Clinical / Medical Assistant Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable)

  • Greet patients and confirm medical questionnaires and consent forms
  • Perform vital sign assessments accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during procedures
  • Perform lab-related tasks, including:
    • Venipuncture
    • Injections
    • IV preparation and/or initiation
    • Urinalysis
  • Assist in operating medical equipment for routine diagnostics
  • Upload and maintain laboratory results in patient records
  • Ensure all clinical processes meet compliance and safety standards

Non-Negotiable Traits (This Is Where Most Fail)

  • Dual Competency
    • Can switch from luxury concierge → clinical execution instantly
    • No drop in quality in either environment
  • Presence & Professionalism
    • Polished appearance, confident tone, controlled communication
  • Situational Awareness
    • Reads the room, anticipates needs, prevents problems
  • Precision Under Pressure
    • Handles multiple patients, providers, and tasks without errors
  • Ownership Mentality
    • Fixes issues immediately—does not wait for direction
  • Detail Orientation
    • Nothing is missed—documentation, labs, timing, patient experience
