Job Description

Are you a compassionate, adaptable Medical Assistant who feels called to make a difference? Do you thrive in a setting where every day looks a little different-and where empathy, patience, and connection matter just as much as clinical skill? If so, Hope House Health & Living Center may be the right fit for you. We're looking for a Medical Assistant who brings both heart and flexibility to the role-someone who can support two providers while building trust with patients, many of whom are experiencing homelessness. In this role, you'll be part of a care team that meets patients where they are, delivering thoughtful, respectful care that prioritizes dignity and access. If you're passionate about serving others and want to be part of meaningful, community-centered work, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today!

  • Clinical Desktop & Chart Management: Conduct chart reviews, manage medication refills, and support pre-visit planning and other clinical requests.

  • Patient Preparation & Procedures: Room patients, maintain exam spaces, administer medications and vaccines, draw blood, and process labs under provider direction.

  • Quality & Compliance: Support adherence to quality standards and help implement best practices across the clinic.

  • Patient & Team Engagement: Collaborate across clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient experience and clinic workflows while ensuring patients feel heard and respected.
