Job Description

Are you a dependable and skilled Medical Assistant eager to make a difference in patient care? WSi is seeking an MA to join an exceptional Infusion center clinic team where your expertise and compassion will shine!

We’re seeking a reliable and patient-focused Medical Assistant to support our clinical team in delivering quality care. This role involves both clinical and administrative responsibilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Schedule: Tuesday 8-5 | Wednesday 8–5 | Thursday 8-5 | Friday 8–5Schedule may vary based on clinic needs. Closing time can extend to 6:30–7:00 PM as needed

Pay: $20-23/ hour

MA Job Duties

ECW experience required
Room patients, record vitals, history, medications.
Enter provider orders for prescriptions, labs, imaging, and referrals.
Manage prior authorizations, medication refills, and other administrative tasks.
Communicate with patients regarding results, appointments, and updates.
Administer injections as directed and assist with patient education.
Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and assist with opening/closing duties.
Collaborate with providers, front office, and MAs to support daily clinic operations.
