What You’ll Do
Prepare exam and treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Welcome patients, take vitals, update medical histories, and prepare them for their visit
Maintain accurate electronic medical records
Monitor and restock medical supplies
Support scheduling, patient communication, and daily clinic flow
Contribute to a positive, efficient, patient‑focused environment
What We’re Looking For
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program
2+ year of experience in a primary care or outpatient setting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with EMR (Athena)
A friendly, professional, team‑oriented approach to patient care
